Why are model headshots important :
1) First Impressions: Headshots often serve as the first point of contact between a model and potential clients, agencies, or casting directors. A strong, professional headshot can make a lasting impression and increase the likelihood of being considered for the job or casting call.
2) Showcase of versatility : A good headshot captures the models personality and potential range of expressions. It helps casting professionals assess the models ability to convey different emotions or styles, which is crucial in their decision-making process.
3) Portfolio Requirements: Agencies and clients often require headshots as part of a models portfolio. These images are used to showcase the models look in a clear and straightforward way, making it easier for casting agents to see if they're a good fit for a particular role or project.
In essense, a headshot is a models visual introduction to the industry, playing a critical role in landing opportunities and establishing their professional reputation.
I have over 5 years experience in this field. Some of my clients have landed their dream agency from my images. I also have over 16 years of experience working with children which is really important to get the best out of the children during their session.
Packages.
I have two packages to choose from. Package one is for the clients that want to create a big gallery of images, using 3-4 outfits, for a variety of looks. This includes a mix of basic and editorial style images. Sessions are ONE hour long and include all best images from the shoot. These sessions allow time to really bring out our creative side and bring out the personalities. Package Two is for the clients who want a refresh of images, sessions are 30 minutes long and you get to. bring along 2 outfits for two different looks. These sessions aren't as long so better suited for the ones who only want quick updates.
